It would be revealed in 2021 that Ramírez was dating American professional wrestler Mason Wolfe. On January 1st, 2022 both Álvarez and Ramírez announced that they were engaged with Álvarez proposing to her on New Year's Eve the night before. It was revealed in mid-late February 2022 that Ramírez and Álvarez had officially gotten married in a private ceremony. It was revealed in January 2024 that the two were expecting their first child. Ramírez gave birth in late June early July 2024 – a daughter, Kaeli (pronounced kah-lee) Olivia Álvarez.
