The FCW Championship was a professional wrestling championship owned and primarily contested in WWE's developmental promotion, FCW. The championship is generally contested in professional wrestling matches, in which participants execute scripted finishes, and is viewed as FCW's top championship.

Title history

Formerly known as Ohio Valley Wrestling, Lian Cortes was the inaugural champion after defeating Arjay and Eric Johnson. After Lian's graduation to the main roster, OVW would change to Florida Championship Wrestling for the next seven years until the emergence of NXT.
