No Way Out (2020) is an upcoming professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by WWE. It will take place on February 23, 2020 at Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It will be the 2nd event under the No Way Out chronology and the second WWE pay-per-view of 2020. This will be the first No Way Out to be held in the state of Pennsylvania.

No Way Out will consist of professional wrestling matches that involve wrestlers from pre-existing scripted feuds or storylines that play out on WWE's primary television programs, Raw and SmackDown. Wrestlers will portray heroes or villains as they follow a series of events that build tension and culminate in a wrestling match or series of matches.
The card will be highlighted by three Elimination Chamber matches. One involving the WWE Championship, Women's Championship as well as the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship. Alberto Del Rio, Samoa Joe, Velveteen Dream, Hiromu Takahashi and the Rock will challenge Tyler Breeze for the WWE Championship inside the Chamber. Billie Kay meanwhile will defend her WWE Women's Championship against Jessica Havok, AJ Lee, Nixon Newell, Scarlett Bordeaux and Mickie James. Lacey Evans and Taya Valkyrie will defend the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships against Kris Wolf & Zelina Vega, Kylie Rae & Allie, Candice LeRae & Toni Storm, Ronda Rousey & Rosemary and Becky Lynch & Deonna Purrazzo. In the coming weeks we'll also learn the entry order for all three Chamber matches. After becoming the #1 Contender on the February 3rd, 2020 episode of Raw it was revealed that Finn Bálor would challenge Jimmy Havoc for the WWE Intercontinental Championship at the PPV. It was also revealed that the WWE Tag Team Championships will be defended at the PPV as well, with the champions Jon Moxley and Sami Callihan defending them against the team of Big E and Shinsuke Nakamura. There will also be a big Ten Man Elimination Tag team match involving Jinder Mahal, Shane Thorne, Jordan Devlin, Diamond Dallas Page & Jay White against the team of Jake Anderson, Randy Orton, Killer Kross, Jimmy Jacobs & Johnny Gargano where each member of the winning team will earn future title opportunities.
