No Way Out (2021) is an upcoming professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by WWE. It will take place on February 28, 2021 in a location yet to be determined. It will be the third annual in WWE's production lineage for the No Way Out event. It will feature talent from the Raw brand and will feature four Elimination Chamber matches for the first time ever.

No Way Out will feature professional wrestling matches involving different wrestlers from pre-existing scripted feuds, plots, and storylines that played out on WWE's primary television program, Raw. Wrestlers portrayed heels or faces as they followed a series of events that built tension, and culminated in a wrestling match or series of matches.

It would be revealed exclusively by WWE.com Correspondent, Renee Young that at No Way Out, history would be made as for the first-time ever there would be four Elimination Chamber matches taking place at No Way Out. The first being Chris Jericho defending his WWE Championship, followed by Vanessa Borne defending her Women's Championship inside the Chamber, Seth Rollins defending his Intercontinental Championship inside the Chamber and lastly Bayley & Tenille Dashwood defending their Women's Tag Team Championships inside the Chamber. On the January 25th, 2021 episode of Raw, Chamber qualifying matches took place and saw Montez Ford, Kenny Omega, Tyler Bate, Jinder Mahal & Andrade all qualify for the WWE Championship Elimination Chamber match. While Liv Morgan, Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch, Alexa Bliss & Mickie James qualifying for the Women's Championship Elimination Chamber match. The Rock, Keith Lee and Dolph Ziggler qualified for the Intercontinental Championship Elimination Chamber while Roman Reigns and Maxwell Jacob Friedman will face one another to determine a spot in the Chamber as will Randy Orton and Kota Ibushi. On the February 1st, 2021 episode of Raw, Triple H and Stephanie McMahon removed Becky Lynch from the Women's Elimination Chamber match revealing that the winner of a Fatal Five Way would take her spot which would be won by Nikki Cross. It was also revealed by Triple H and Stephanie McMahon that Seth Rollins would enter the Elimination Chamber as the very first entrant. That same night, Randy Orton qualified for the Intercontinental Championship Chamber match, while MJF was chosen over Roman Reigns.
