The WWE ECW Championship was the top-tier championship title in the WWE E-Fed federation on Wednesday Night ECW; the third brand of the company. The brand and championship were previously named the Impact and the TNA Global Championship respectively before the brand was retitled as ECW in mid-2006. The first champion was Kurt Angle who won a Battle Royal to become the inaugural champion. The final champion was Test who was in his first reign, after defeating CM Punk at November 2 Remember on November 11, 2007. Raven holds the record for the most reigns with three reigns. Raven also holds the shortest reign with 20 days as ECW Champion. Tommy Dreamer currently holds the record for longest reign (as an individual) with 173 days.
