The WWE ECW Television Championship was the second-tier championship title in WWE The E-Fed on Wednesday Night ECW; the third brand of the company. The brand and championship were previously named the Impact and the TNA X-Division Championship respectively before the brand was retitled as ECW in mid-2006. The first champion was Shelton Benjamin who won a ladder match to become the inaugural champion. The final champion was Shannon Moore who was in his first reign, after winning at fatal fourway match at Summerslammiversary on September 3, 2007. Shelton Benjamin, Cassidy Riley, Chris Jericho, Samoa Joe, Stevie Richards, and Shannon Moore all hold the record for the most reigns with one reign each. Cassidy Riley holds the shortest reign with 36 days as ECW Television Champion. Stevie Richards holds the record for longest reign (as an individual) with 357 days.
