The WWE SD Tag Team Championships were the top-tier championship titles for Tag Teams in the WWE The E-Fed on Saturday Night Smackdown; the second brand. The first champions were MNM (Mercury, Nitro and Melina) who won a fatal fourway tag match to become the inaugural champions. Gregory Helms and Jimmy Rave were the final champions in their second reign as a team. AJ Styles & Damaja, Legacy (Cody Rhodes & Ted DiBiase Jr.), The Deadly Brothers (Brother Ray Deadly & Brother Devon Deadly), The Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin), and Randy Orton & Paul Burchill hold the record for most reigns (as a team) with two. The shortest reign lasted seven days when Andy Douglas & Chase Stevens won the Tag Team Championships on an episode of Velocity and lost them a week later. Paparazzi Productions (Alex Shelley & Johnny Devine) hold the record for longest reign (as a team) with 275 days. Alex Shelley currently holds the record for the longest combined days (as an individual) with 361 days. Alex Shelley and Ted DiBiase Jr. also hold the record for most WWE Tag Team Championships with three reigns each.
