The WWE Women's Championship is the first-tier championship title for women in the WWE E-Fed federation on Monday Night RAW; the first brand of the company. The first champion was Trish Stratus who won a battle royal to become the inaugural champion. The current champion is Liv Morgan who is in her second reign, after defeating former champion, Nikki Bella on the June 24th, 2024 episode of Raw after cashing in her Money in the Bank contract. Both Mar and Nikki Bella share the record for the most reigns at six. The shortest reign lasted <1 day as Beth Phoenix won the championship at Insurrextion 2009 and lost the championship the same night. Alexa Bliss's second reign currently holds the record for longest reign (as an individual) at 232 days.
