The WWE X-Division Championship was the third-tier championship title in WWE The E-Fed on Saturday Night Smackdown; the second brand of the company. The first champion was Alex Shelley who won a battle royal at No Way Out 2007 to become the inaugural champion. The final champion was Evan Bourne who won the championship in a Fatal Five Way at the Great American Bash on July 26, 2009. AJ Styles holds the record for most reigns with two. The shortest reign lasted 22 days when Evan Bourne won it at the Great American Bash only to vacate it less than a month later after leaving the company. Papydum currently holds the record for longest reign (as an individual) with 234 days.
